There is no email-based reset — follow the manual reset steps below

Warning — All Data Will Be Deleted

  • All contacts will be deleted
  • Sent messages history will be deleted
  • Scheduled messages will be deleted
  • Templates and Groups will be deleted
  • Settings will be reset to defaults
  • WhatsApp device sessions will be removed

How to Reset Your Password:

Stop the server — press Ctrl + C in the terminal

Go to the project folder: d:\apps\ex\whats\

Delete these files:
database.db   and   sessions.db

To also reset WhatsApp sessions, delete the .wwebjs_auth folder

Start the server again: npm start

Go to the Register page and create a new account
